Sales
We are members of the Ocean City Board of Realtors and the Cape May County Association of Realtors and all our listings are listed on the multiple listing services of Cape May County MLS and South Jersey Regional MLS. These two MLS services cover all of Cape May County and many local communities in Atlantic County. All our sale properties are also listed on realtor.com as well as our web sites. We offer open houses and advertise in local papers. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors and the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce. We have been in the real estate business for over 60 years and our sales personnel are extremely educated, experienced, dedicated and well respected in the community. This is a family business started by Bob's father in 1914. Two of our Fasy children are real estate brokers as well as us, Bob and Barbara Fasy. Barbara is an associate broker with Berger Realty in Ocean City.
When buying a home, our sales personnel will walk you through every step of the way answering all the questions you may have, recommending various title companies, mortgage companies, insurance agencies, home inspectors and real estate lawyers. We take care of smoke detector certifications and will give you the contact information to have your utilities turned off or on as we can no longer do this for you. We want your purchasing a home to be a very positive experience.
Rentals
We have a large inventory of rental properties from small efficiencies to 5 or more bedroom properties throughout Ocean City. We have numerous websites where we list our available rental properties and handle all paperwork, handling of keys, small problems during rental period but always keep in touch with the owner. We have our own key machine where we can duplicate most keys for our owners. We collect security deposit as requested by owner and release the same after ten days from termination of lease.
Management
Over the last 20 years Bob Fasy has managed numerous condominiums as property manager including Santa Barbara, The Legacy Inn, Biscayne Suites and Beachwatch Condominums. He is well aware of problems that can occur with home ownership and can recommend you to the right contractors.
Additional Services for the Owner
If requested, we will purchase pre-season beach tags for the owner to save them money. We also will purchase pre-season amusement tickets when they go on sale if notified before the sale. Through the years we have purchased furniture and appliances at the owners request. We arrange for cleaning, purchase small items for the unit if requested by the renter and approved by the owner. Some owners request that we turn the heat or air condioner on before their arrival which we gladly do. We also will give the key or go open a property for an appraiser, contractor, plumber, furniture or appliance delivery etc to save our property owners a trip to the shore. There is NEVER a charge for any of these services except to reimburse us for tickets and beach tags and of course furniture and appliances.
